Verb Form ( รูปแบบกริยา )

รูปกริยา (Verb form) มีหลักการใช้ดังนี้

                1. ใช้คำกริยาช่องที่ 1 (สำหรับ verb to be และ verb to have)  

                2. คำกริยาเติม “s” หรือ “es” เมื่อประธานในประโยคเป็นเอกพจน์บุรุษที่สาม

 

ประธานพหูพจน์(รวมทั้ง I, You) + คำกริยาช่องที่ 1

ประธานเอกพจน์บุรุษที่สาม (He, She, It, etc.) + คำกริยาช่องที่ 1 เติม s หรือ es

 

ตัวอย่าง

                I work in the hospital.

                Mary works in school.

                The children like ice-cream.

                He likes coffee.

                The teacher teaches English.

                We play baseball.

                They have breakfast at 7 o’clock.

                Those students are lazy.
